This meeting is held approximately 60 days out from your wedding and is meant to help get us up and running on your wedding plans. In this meeting, we will: review all the plans you have made including which industry professionals you selected and review their contracts; finalize your wedding day timeline; finalize your floor plan based on your plans and current guest count; review and finalize your ceremony plans including ceremony order, processional and recessional details. After this meeting, we will begin communication with your selected industry professionals.
