Your onsite team includes:
- 1 Event Planners
- Additional support staff can be added as needed and approved (cost will be submitted via invoicefollowing the event)
Your event team will
- Manage vendor load-in, set-up, and tear down
- On-site management and supervision of venue staff and vendors to ensure that we stay on track with our run of show to the best of our ability
- Place all signage in pre-designated areas
- Ensure we have details covered for VIPs
- Liaise between the AV team and speakers
- Set up stage for speakers and presentations
- Work with the venue Banquets team to ensure a seamless F&B service
- Management and distribution of and final payments and gratuities to vendors
