This meeting is held approximately 30 days out from your wedding at your venue. In this meeting we will: physically walk through your floor plan to check for any adjustments; review your timeline; review your ceremony plans; and finalize the Packing List showing all the items you are providing for us to set up, which also serves as a checklist at the end of the night to make sure all your items are packed away and sent home.
