Our Planning Kickoff Meeting is designed to set you up for success in planning your wedding. Your lead planner will be assigned early so you can meet and get started with: reviewing contracts of the venue and industry professionals you have already selected; discussing what products and services you still need so we can provide a custom list of recommended industry professionals; creating a first draft of your wedding weekend timeline including estimating hours needed from key professionals; and creating a first draft floor plan to estimate table counts, linen quantities, centerpiece counts, and more.
