Roughly three weeks prior to the event, we will be finalizing your detailed event timeline and run of show.

 

This will be distributed to your entire vendor team the week of the event. We will work through the logistics of the day to ensure proper timing and review and confirm all vendor services including arrival/set-up and departure times as part of the timeline creation. 

 

In those final weeks before the event while you're finalizing guest list and talking points, we will be here to work with each of your vendors to get their last-minute questions and requests addressed. We can also strategize with you on optimal solutions for the event to ensure maximum efficiency and help you meet your goals.
